Preparation of large flows of water (water treatment) according to the specified parameters.

Scope of the water treatment system:
The main consumers of equipment for industrial water purification and water treatment are food, oil and gas, heat power, chemistry, utilities, mining, ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, oil refining, pulp and paper industry, medical industry and other sectors of the national economy.

Filter material:
The composition of filtering materials depends on the purpose of the equipment.

Water treatment system management:
automatic:
using an electromechanical or electronic control mechanism for the volume of treated water (meter) or at regular intervals (timer);
using a programmable logic controller that controls valves at the inlet and outlet of the columns according to a predetermined algorithm;
manual:
switching of valve positions is performed by the operator;
from the central operator's console.

Water treatment system complete set:
  • filter column (material - fiberglass reinforced with food grade interior, no seams) or filter column made of food grade lined metal or stainless or carbon steel;
  • loading (filter material, gravel);
  • distribution system;
  • control mechanism / valves at the inlet and outlet of the column, controlled by a programmable logic controller;
  • reagent tank (depending on the purpose of the system).
The principle of operation of the water treatment system:
Removal of undesirable substances from water (depending on the purpose of the system) takes place in the filter columns of the systems, which are pressure filters. The substances contained in the feed water to be removed are filtered by the filtering materials in the columns.

To clean the filter materials from impurities and restore their original properties, periodically at certain intervals or by loss of pressure, a flow is supplied to the filter with the opposite direction of water (backwashing).

The wash water is discharged into the sewer. After the completion of the regeneration, the system is put into operating mode (filtration mode).
