Enterprises in the technological cycle of which it is necessary to purify water from all kinds of mechanical suspensions and impurities of their water. These are food, metallurgical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, perfumery, and other industries, boiler houses and other housing and communal services facilities, water preparation for reverse osmosis treatment.

  • ground anthracite Aqua-Cite;
  • quartz sand Aqua-Sand

Job management:
automatic:
using an electromechanical or electronic control mechanism at regular intervals (timer);
manual:
using a mechanical control mechanism by the volume of treated water or at certain intervals (determined by the operator).

Operating principle:
Reagentless water purification from mechanical suspensions and impurities occurs in pressure filter columns.

The process of water purification consists in the fact that mechanical suspensions and impurities contained in the water are filtered, passing through the loading layer.

During the operation of the system, the combined filter material accumulates impurities. To wash the filter material from contamination and restore its properties, automatic or manual flushing with water is periodically carried out.

Flushing includes two stages:
  • backwash / backwash,
  • fast rinse (rapid rinse).

The flushing water is discharged into the sewer during the flushing process. After the completion of the flushing, the system is transferred to the operating mode (filtration mode).

Basic requirements for the quality of source water:
  • lack of microbiological contamination;
  • treated water temperature - up to 38 ° С.
  • maximum size of solid particles - no more than 50 microns
